1.Business process strategy

Business Process Strategy is a disciplined framework for describing, designing, executing, documenting, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and improving business processes, whether automated or not, to produce clear outcomes that are compatible with the organizational vision.

Some of the Business Process Strategy are defined below.

1.1 The State of Competition in Natural gas Market Application of Porter’s Five Forces for NIGC

As stated in the previous time, the global market for National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) is extremely competitive. Other than seller bargaining power (which is categorized as low competition), four other traits are classified as high competition. This makes future of NIGC a more unpredictable and complex outlook. Some general policies are identified as core tactics for NIGC to ensure its negotiating power in the global energy (Hafezi, Akhavan and Pakseresht, 2017).

This report was chosen because based on focused on instructor methods and strength of evidence some general policies have been described as key strategies for NIGC to insure its negotiating power in the energy sector, particularly in the energy sector (Hafezi, Akhavan and Pakseresht, 2017). So, from this topic we can learn how Porter’s Five Forces can be used even in modern world     based on its five sub parts.

1.2 Understanding Activity Systems as a Service Designer

Introducing activity system maps before coming up with new ways to develop a service offering, integrating activity structure maps could help focus solutions on activities that will enhance, rather than extend, an organization’s strategic position, according to southwest Airlines’ Activity System (Mills, 2020).

The reason to choose figure 1 is that it shows the activity system in detail. From this figure, we can check that it not only shows the layout of the airline system but also the strategy on how we can find the best way of reducing the cost for services.

1.3 SWOT Analysis of Computer Distance Learning Systems

The issue of designing and integrating distance technology in the educational process is discussed in the conference paper. SWOT analysis is a method for gathering data and determining the best way to manage a computer-driven distance learning method based on statistical (Mutovkina, 2021).

SWOT analysis could be used not just to improve optimizing interventions but also to develop growth statistical models which is the reason I chose SWAT analysis for this topic. In this conference paper, we can see figure 2 where all four strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats are described which is appropriate to understand.

1.4 Reliability, availability, and maintainability analysis of an industrial plant based on Six Sigma approach: a case study in plastic industry.

In this book, the Six Sigma approach is used for finding reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analysis in the plastic industry. The key objectives of the proposed method are to comprehend the essence of downtime dynamics and to quantitatively calculate the RAM characteristics of the industrial environment (Kumar and Ram, 2021).

This book was chosen because it surveyed the current situation of BPM and pointed out the missing tools and techniques which are missing out. According to Kumar and Ram (2021), the advantage of this method is that it allows for continual monitoring of the manufacturing process using relevant metrics, which aids in the process of continuous improvement.

1.5 Balanced Scorecard: Uber Case Study

In the video, the commenter explains about uber case. As per commenter, even the uber company was losing the money or got banned in some country it did not get collapsed or lose any investor because of the relation between its balances scorecards which it has built (Britto, 2020).

This video was chosen because it talks about a real story regarding uber how it was managed to keep customers and investors even though they lose money. To run the business for the long term Balance scorecard strategy is important.
